What a Short Code costs
Two-way SMS needs a Short Code, so customers can text you back. One-way messages from your Sender ID don't. The LTA sets the yearly fee, and integration is paid once and covers both networks.

What counts as a billable message
You pay for every message the network accepts, delivered or not, because the network has already taken it. If it never accepts one, the charge goes back to your account.

- Which currencies can I pay in?
- US dollars only. Every price on this page is in USD. Prices to Liberian numbers include the 15% GST and 9% LTA levy.
- Do you send international SMS?
- Yes, to many countries. Pick one in the calculator at the top of this page to see its price, the same at any volume.
- Do I need a Short Code?
- Only for two-way SMS. One-way alerts and reminders send from your Sender ID at no extra cost.
- Is the rate the same on both networks?
- Yes. Every rate on this page is the same on Orange and MTN, and you don't set anything per network.
- How do I pay?
- From one prepaid balance that SMS, WhatsApp, USSD and Airtime all share. Ask for an invoice in the app and pay it by cash, cheque or bank transfer, and the money is added once the payment is confirmed. Set a low-balance alert, and we text or email you when your balance drops below it.
