One number or thousands
Top up as many as five phones from the Airtime page, or send a whole batch to your staff, agents or customers. Ponitor works out each number's network for you.

Send it again without starting over
Save the numbers and amounts you send to often as a list your whole team can reuse. Then put airtime on a schedule: once, every week, every month, or on dates you pick.
- Nothing is reserved until a run goes out.
- If your balance can't cover a run, it is skipped and you get an email.
- Pause and resume any schedule, or change when it runs.

See where every dollar went
Each batch shows what was reserved, what was spent on delivered top-ups, what came back and what is still with the network.
- Reserved once
- A bulk top-up reserves its cost from your account when it starts. Messages and airtime share the same account.
- Refunded as it happens
- A top-up the network rejects comes straight back, at the rate you paid. Stop a batch and whatever has not gone out returns too.
- Retry what failed
- Send the failed numbers again in one tap, without rebuilding the batch.
- A limit per number
- Set the most a single number can get, so a typo like 50 instead of 5 is caught before any money moves.
- Reports to keep
- Every top-up is one row in Purchases. Download any batch as a spreadsheet or a PDF report.
